Description of Service
PropMatch is a tool that helps users match property owner information by querying publicly available records from county property appraiser databases. The service accepts Excel or CSV files containing property addresses and returns matching owner information from public records.
Data Accuracy
⚠ Property data is sourced from public government databases and may not always be current, complete, or accurate. PropMatch does not guarantee the accuracy of any information returned.
- Results reflect the data available in the selected county's public database at the time of the query
- Ownership information may not reflect recent transfers or changes
- PropMatch is not responsible for decisions made based on the returned data
- Users should independently verify critical information before acting on it
Permitted Use
You may use PropMatch for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include:
- Research and due diligence for real estate transactions
- Property management and association administration
- Legal and professional research using public records
- Any other lawful purpose consistent with accessing public property records
Prohibited Use
You may not use PropMatch for:
- Spam, unsolicited marketing, or mass outreach campaigns

- Automated scraping or bulk data extraction beyond normal use
- Reselling or redistributing data obtained through PropMatch
Intellectual Property
The PropMatch application, its design, and code are the property of Voss Response. The property data returned is sourced from public government records and is not owned by PropMatch. You may use the downloaded results for your own lawful purposes but may not redistribute them as a data product.
Limitation of Liability
PropMatch and Voss Response shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to errors in property data, service interruptions, or decisions made based on search results.
Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PropMatch at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
Changes to These Terms
