Files You Upload

When you upload a file to PropMatch, it is processed entirely in memory on our server. We do not store, save, or retain your uploaded files in any database or file system. Once your session ends, all uploaded data is permanently discarded.

Search Results

The property data returned by PropMatch comes exclusively from public county property appraiser databases. We do not create, modify, or supplement this data. Results are temporarily stored in your browser session to allow you to download them, and are discarded when your session ends.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account registration or login
• We do not collect names, emails, or any personal information
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising
• We do not use analytics services that track individual users
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties

Third-Party Services

PropMatch queries public county property appraiser databases to retrieve property records. These are publicly accessible government services. Your search queries (property addresses and zip codes) are transmitted to these external services as part of the lookup process. No personal identifying information is included in these queries.

Server Logs

Our web server maintains standard access logs that include IP addresses and request timestamps. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and technical troubleshooting, and are not shared with any third party.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PropMatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
